As our new Bid & Proposal Manager, you will join the Commercial Enablement department. Your mission is to deliver high-impact, professional, and persuasive responses to complex client requirements, ensuring we win the right deals and maximize value.  

You will play a vital role in coordinating various teams to ensure our proposals are compelling, compliant, and commercially sound.  

Key responsibilities ✨

  • Lead the end-to-end response process for key tenders (RFPs), ensuring all technical, legal, and commercial questions are answered accurately.
  • Partner with Commercial Teams to develop winning bid strategies by identifying client/prospect priorities and coordinating inputs from across the organization.
  • Establish and manage the RFP Content Library, maintaining a "Single Source of Truth" for company info, security certifications, and legal practices.
  • Implement a deal scoring methodology to prioritize bids with the highest potential value and strategic alignment.
  • Identify win/loss reasons and track competing bidders to continuously improve our success rates.
  • Draft and edit clear, professional content that sells the value of Malt to enterprise clients.
  • Lead the upgrade of automation tools, such as our internal MaltyAI RFP assistant, to maximize response time and quality. 
  • About you 🧑‍🚀

  • Commercial Acumen: Ability to facilitate collaboration and navigate conflict within complex B2B deals.  
  • Relevant experience (minimum 5 years): Proven track record in bid management, proposal development, or professional writing within a fast-paced B2B environment.
  • Knowledge Management: Skilled in creating and curating standardized content libraries.  
  • Native level in French & fluent English is mandatory, as you will handle international tenders and align with global teams.  
  • Writing Excellence: Strong writing, editing, and reviewing skills with high attention to detail.  
  • Project Management: Proven ability to track milestones and deliver high-quality proposals under tight deadlines.

  • First call with Agathe, our Talent Acquisition Lead, to better understand your background, aspirations, and answer any questions you may have. (30-45 minutes)
  • Interview with your future manager, Matthieu to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role. (45-60 minutes)
  • Business case in order to assess your technical skills.
  • Final interview with a C-level executive to discuss Malt’s long-term vision and how you fit into our strategic growth.
