Graduating in environmental studies, Emmanuel started his career in civil engineering where he quickly realised that construction sites seemed to be disconnected from the outside world, demonstrating little awareness of environmental issues. With a family background in business, he soon created Hesus to help construction companies in managing their waste. His belief? Innovation helps the construction industry become more economically and environmentally intelligent.
After various experiences in Financial Management with big international service groups and SME, Claire joined Hesus to drive the Group’s strong growth and support its expansion overseas. She oversaw the implementation of the financial instruments needed to pilot the work involved in running different subsidiaries. She is also in charge of the Group’s financial and legal structuring.
After training as an engineer and with six years’ experience in waste recycling and logistics, Vincent created PickmyWastes, a startup specialising in the management and recovery of construction companies’ waste using a digital platform. PickmyWastes was eventually integrated into the Hesus group and Vincent took over the Digital department, which designed and develops the circular economy, carbon reduction, and construction sites services’ digital platform.
After completing her environmental studies, Johanne joined Hesus in 2012 for her end-of-study placement. Part of this ambitious and extremely dynamic team, her development during the course of the company’s growth saw her working in different areas: technical, digital, management, and the circular economy. Now, Johanne holds the position of Contaminated Soil Manager. Her job: to develop and strengthen the partners’ network and organise the offer on the management of contaminated soils.
Meet Steven, UK Director
With an extensive experience in the construction industry, managing large scale projects, Steven joined Hesus in 2018 at the start of its development in the UK to support their ambitious growth plans. He manages all the aspects of Hesus UK activity and team
HESUS combines the best recovery solutions with its expertise in logistics to work with European BTP (Bâtiment et Travaux Publics construction companies) on reducing their carbon footprint and optimising the management of all their construction waste.
Operating in France, the United Kingdom, Poland, Switzerland, and Sweden, the company is growing significantly and finds itself at the crossroads of two major transitions affecting all economic players and, more broadly, society as a whole: the digital transition and the green transition.
HESUS is supported by its digital platform, Hesus Store, and focusses on the circular economy: the innovative, responsible, and optimised management of construction companies’ waste and excavation materials.
HESUS seeks committed, passionate employees who are entrepreneurs at heart, and able to support construction companies in their digital and environmental transformation. HESUS particularly seeks to recruit people with diverse profiles and, while experience in construction is a plus, the company is also looking for other dynamic profiles, people who have a deep desire to join an ambitious and environmentally centred business with a strong social impact. HESUS is especially interested in recruiting IT specialists, Sales staff with construction company experience, and Logistics and Operations professionals.
