As the second recruit in the HR department, your scope of tasks will be very broad. If you’re looking for an all-encompassing and highly professional internship, you’ve come to the right place! In a rapid growth context and internationalization, you will join our People Manager, Anne-Béatrice, and participate in defining the human resources strategy at Hero.

As an HR & Strategy Intern, you will have a genuine role as a right-hand person, supporting the People Manager in her daily tasks. Your scope will revolve around the following areas:
1- Talent Acquisition : As a true business partner, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for the roles entrusted to you:
Gathering and clarifying needs with the hiring manager
Drafting job descriptions
Implementing an effective multi-channel sourcing strategy to attract a diverse candidate pipeline (including LinkedIn recruiter license, networking, partnerships)
Screening candidates and conducting pre-qualification interviews via video conference (mostly in English)
Coordinating and scheduling the rest of the hiring process
Coaching interviewees to provide the best candidate experience
Formulating job offers
Monitoring your KPIs through dashboards and reporting to your manager
🦸 You won’t be confined to recruiting a specific type of profile! On the contrary, at Hero, you will recruit international (Spanish, German, Italian, French) profiles across all departments (sales, tech, compliance, growth), of different seniorities (including C-Level).
2- Employee Experience: You ensure that our employees have the best possible experience at Hero. Therefore, alongside the People Manager, we expect you to :
Assist new employees during their onboarding period
Organize corporate events to maintain good cohesion among employees
3- HR Strategy: Under the supervision of your manager, you will lead projects from start to finish - from conception to concrete implementation. The realm of possibilities goes beyond borders : employer branding, culture, training - there’s still much to create at Hero :)

4- Personnel Administration: You assist the People Manager in organizing works council elections as well as in drafting documents.

Your Profile ? 🦸
Currently a student in Master’s (1 or 2), you have already completed (at least) one internship in human resources. A previous experience in a startup with a high-growth context is a plus :)
Dynamic, proactive and autonomous: you quickly take ownership of the tasks assigned to you and take initiatives to improve existing processes.
Endowed with strong interpersonal skills, you have verbal and written fluency that allows you to adapt to all types of interlocutors.
Problem solver: no matter the situation, you know how to keep a cool head : a problem equals a solution.
Resourceful: diving into challenges doesn’t scare you; quite the opposite!
Multitask and organized : you enjoy working on multiple subjects simultaneously while respecting your deadlines.
Agile and flexible: you easily adapt to fast-paced and high-growth environments.
Fluent in both English and French.
