YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to a Consulting Manager you will work on the following projects and activities:

1/ Consulting 

• Own small projects or your module of a large strategy or innovation management consulting case, from the framing to the deliverables

• Interact with clients on content or project management related subjects

• Best answer clients’ needs and meet their expectations by delivering curated high-quality content

• Assignments can be linked to any of our offers from deep tech trend detection or market analysis, to startup challenges and startup sourcing, to even venture design

2/ Business acceleration 

• Help facilitate workshops within consulting missions, using innovation management methods such as Ecosystem Mapping, Design Thinking or Lean Startup (in-house training materials will be provided)

• Coach teams or startups on methodologies and frameworks to facilitate positioning, market access, and growth

3/ Deep tech research and analysis

• Evaluate startups from at least one track of the Hello Tomorrow Global Challenge

• Write trends around this track or other topics to valorise your work and participate in Hello Tomorrow’s thought leadership, and build your own expertise

• Perform analysis for client’s projects leveraging our startups database, surveys, and expert interviews

YOUR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a consulting firm, startup, or incubator/accelerator (internships included).

• A background in science/engineering and a good knowledge of emerging technologies will help you to be successful in this job.

• You have a proven track record of successfully running innovation management assignments with supervision.

• Experience facilitating training and workshops is a plus.
