Context:

As the Head of Creative Studio, you will be responsible for the artistic and creative vision of the company 🎨 You will serve as the guardian of the brand identity and web design. To a smaller extent, you will collaborate closely with the Product team to optimize the journey and experience of our customers ⚙️ Leading a creative team, you will design impactful and innovative visual experiences aligned with the brand strategy and business objectives, keeping up with the latest global trends 🚀

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Strategy:

   • Develop the creative vision and design strategy aligned with company objectives 🎯

   • Design innovative solutions to enhance user experience on web and mobile platforms 🧑‍💻

   • Oversee the design and development of the platform (the product), ensuring they reflect the brand’s values and aesthetics ⚒️

2. Team Management:

   • Supervise and lead a team of designers in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, ensuring a balance between creativity and adherence to tight deadlines 🌱

   • Effectively prioritize and assign tasks to meet project deadlines, maintaining a high level of excellence in execution

   • Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to support the professional development of team members 📈

   • Provide clear guidance on project expectations and deliverables, emphasizing the importance of timely and effective project completion ⏱️

3. Brand Identity:

   • Maintain and develop the brand’s visual identity across all communication channels 📱

   • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure visual consistency in advertising campaigns, events, and brand activations

4. Web Design:

   • Design attractive and intuitive user interfaces for websites and applications 🎨

   • Work closely with development teams to ensure successful integration of designs 💻

5. Collaboration with Product Team:

   • Work closely with the Product team to integrate the brand’s vision into the development of new products, while having the ability to optimize existing solutions 💼

   • Ensure transparent communication and close cooperation between Brand/Web and Product Design teams 🤝

Degree in design, fine arts, visual communication, or a related field

• +4 years of design experience, preferably with diverse expertise including products, web, and content, showcasing versatility and a 360° vision. Proven experience in team and project management.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.

• Advanced UI/UX skills

• Experience in motion design, and familiarity with motion design tools is a plus (After Effects).

• In-depth understanding of design trends, user experience, and emerging technologies.

• Ability to manage change and encourage adaptability within the team.

• Critical evaluation of designs, identification of possible improvements, and providing constructive feedback are essential for ensuring work quality.

• Fluent in English. French is a big plus

• Ability to work autonomously and be proactive.

• Passion for combating climate change.

• Have a passion for design and stay constantly abreast of the latest trends in the field.
