Our journey began in 2019 with Alexis, Matthieu and Arnaud as our founders. Today we are a global leader in carbon accounting , we’re B-corp certified and a recognised member of the French Tech 120.

Greenly supports over 3,000 companies across more than 20 countries to measure their carbon footprint (through carbon assessment and life cycle analyses), reduce their emissions (SBTi trajectory and action plan quantification), and comply with new regulations (CSRD, CBAM, ISSB).

We are a team of 270 people from 38 nationalities based in Paris, London, Barcelona and New York, which allows us to strengthen our international presence.

Today, our impact is measured in tons of carbon under management, with over 110 million tons of CO2 tracked through our platform. Our next milestone : serving 10,000 clients and managing one billion tons of CO2 to make carbon management as essential as financial management.

🌱 About the team

Within the Growth team, the CRM team is key in supporting our Marketing and Sales teams in their growth and international expansion (UK and US markets).

Through this role, you will contribute directly to defining, implementing and optimizing CRM sequences to improve conversion rates, satisfaction and prevent churn.


🌱 About the internship

Throughout this internship you will help us…

  • Actively participate in the development of the CRM business in collaboration with the Tech, Product and Data teams, in several phases of the customer journey 🤝
  • Define the pathways to be implemented for our inbound leads and customers by identifying CRM opportunities to address relevant and personalized content at key moments in the customer journey 👣
  • Ensure continuous optimization of these paths through A/B testing.
  • Create e-mailing campaigns (wording, formalization of visual requirements with our graphic designers, etc.) for inbound leads and customers ✉️
  • Analyze campaign performance 📈
  • Propose analyses to better understand our users’ behavior and propose actions accordingly.
  • Be a driving force behind the creation of new sequences, content and innovative concepts. You’ll have free rein to express your creativity! 🌱

    • CRM Platform Familiarity : experience (even basic) with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Brevo, or Customer.io.
    • Email Marketing Execution : understanding of list segmentation, personalization, automation, and deliverability basics.
    • A/B Testing : knowing how to set hypotheses, run tests, and interpret results.
    • Copywriting : an ability to write clear, engaging, and conversion-oriented content for different customer journey stages.
    • Data Analysis : comfortable interpreting KPIs such as open rate, CTR, conversion rate, and churn; ideally knows some Excel/Sheets or basic analytics tools.
    • Basic HTML or email template editing (understanding how email layouts work).
    • Experience with automation workflows (e.g., triggered emails, onboarding flows).
