Your Role in Our Journey

• Administration: Offering help through live chat, processing emails, and issuing invoices in Greek and English.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with the Global Customer Care Manager team to find customer-friendly solutions.
• Problem Solving: Addressing high-priority requests such as teacher searches, organization, and booking.
• Interface: Serving as the interface between our Global Customer Care Manager Department and our tutors.
• Coordination: Organizing tutoring sessions and ensuring their smooth execution.
• Strategic Retention: Identify and retain customers with the highest churn risk, maximizing the possibility of retention.
