About the Role

As a Fleet Operations Intern, you will join our Fleet team in Paris and work closely with David, our Head of Fleet Operations.

Our fleet currently consists of 12’000 bikes and scooters deployed across 21 cities in Europe. Within the team, you’ll collaborate with Supervision (our own Operational Control Tower), monitoring all vehicles in real time as well as with our Regional Managers, who oversee maintenance and logistics operations on the ground.

Your mission will be to help build a solid operational backbone by improving inventory management, vehicle deployment, and internal processes, all within a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deploy a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track and manage spare parts inventory in real time. You’ll lead the roll out, ensure it aligns with operational needs, and integrate it into daily workflows.

  • Set up an automated spare parts ordering system, using WMS data and actual usage patterns. Your goal: optimise procurement, reduce manual handling, and avoid shortages.

  • Analyse and optimise our vehicle deployment and routing strategy, by creating a structured analytical framework. This includes setting clear, measurable KPIs to improve efficiency and support data-driven decisions.

  • Support the Supervision team by helping formalise and automate key recurring processes.

  • Contribute to ad hoc analyses and key operational projects across the team, helping drive strategic initiatives with actionable insights.

Požadavky na pozici

  • Education: Currently enrolled in an engineering or business school with a strong analytical background, looking for a gap year or end-of-studies internship.

  • Data-driven: Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with quantitative data to identify trends and solve real-world problems.

  • Interest in operations: You’re motivated by operational challenges and curious about how things work on the ground

  • Project management: You’re able to take ownership of a topic, structure your approach, and move things forward proactively with the support of your team.

  • People skills: You communicate clearly and work well with cross-functional teams, from field staff to management.

  • Fluent in French & English
