The FRNCH team is divided into 5 divisions: Creation, Product and Production, Sales, Marketing and Digital, and Logistics.
The Creation team imagines, designs and brings products to life.
The Production department manages supplier relations and production quality. The Sales unit develops and oversees the brand's B2B distribution.
The Marketing and Digital department ensures the brand's online growth and communication.
The Logistics department handles inventory management and order processing.


Chloé is passionate about getting things done. She co-founded the brand and led the creative and production teams for 6 years before taking over as CEO. Always ready to take on new challenges, she is a real driving force behind the brand's development. Chloé is active on all fronts and is constantly following to the brand's development projects. Since the brand's creation, she has surrounded herself with a dedicated team who support her with determination in the brand's development.

The main aim of the Creation team is to dress women with joy and comfort. The team is multicultural and rich in boundless creativity! They love strong colors and prints, and translate them into rich, vibrant collections. They have an eye for detail and are involved in the entire creative process, from design to shoots! At Frnch, we make a collection for women, inspired by women and created by women.

The sales team is made up of a sales manager and three sales administrators who are the real conductors of the orchestra. They manage relations with our B2B partners for brand distribution, and are in front-line contact with customers. To do this, they also have to coordinate with the production, accounting and logistics teams.
