This position will be dedicated to optimise sales processes for our car subscription service Car On Demand along with all B2B services project topics.

About our subscription offer: Car On Demand provides a monthly subscription access to a brand new vehicle without commitment, all inclusive (insurance, roadside assistance, maintenance & delivery), to both company and individuals. The service is present in FR / ES / PT / GB / DE / US, more to come in 2023.

Your main missions will be to:

  • Guarantee optimal functioning of Salesforce for the Sales & Account Management teams

  • Ensure smooth lead generation process between Acquisition & Sales teams

  • Build the necessary processes between Sales & Account Management teams

  • Manage, maintain & optimise all sales tools and make the best usage out of it

  • Handle & format incoming leads (database, leadgen, webforms, etc) and implement them into Salesforce

  • Monitor the service performances on a daily, weekly & monthly basis

  • Actively participate in building state-of-the-art sales workflows in the frame of our CRM migration

  • Build & maintain an exhaustive set of dashboards sales KPIs through Salesforce

  • Ensure effectiveness, reactivity and quality from the Sales Admin team

  • Participate in product and sales improvement through constructive feedback

  • Benchmarking of sales strategies from competitors including tooling, process, funnel and product strategy

 


Expected skills:

  • Master degree in Business or Engineering

  • +3 years exp in Sales, Sales Ops, Performance Management or Sales Admin

  • Organisation and Planning skills

  • Operational Efficiency

  • Highly rigorous and attention to details

  • Advanced knowledge in the Office and Google Suite, perfect mastering of Google Sheets & Excel

  • Successful experience in project management, specifically in sales

  • Start-up mindset, attraction being involved on transversal project requiring sales vision

  • Be proactive and have strategic & operational approach of key topics

  • Master a typical sales stack: Sales CRM (Pipedrive / Salesforce / others), sales emailing, social selling, meeting tools, scraping, database building etc

  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce

  • Native in French or English, bilingual in English

  • Knowledge/attraction in/for the automotive industry, a first successful experience would be an advantage
