You research the prospect, build the battle card, spot what everyone else missed in the annual report, and flag the objection nobody’s thinking about.
You are glued to the Head of Growth. Every campaign, every channel, every MQL: you’re the feedback loop. What’s converting, what’s noise, what message lands, what falls flat. You test, you report, you suggest. You’re the fresh eyes on a team that’s moving too fast to look back.
Concretely:
Shadow & prepare (40%). You sit in every sales call, every demo, every closing meeting. But you don’t just sit. You prep the CRO and GTM Lead before every call: prospect research, competitive intel, business case drafts, objection maps. After every call, you debrief. What worked. What didn’t. What we do differently next time.
Hunt & qualify (30%). You research accounts, find the right people, write outreach that gets replies, and book meetings. Not from a bought list. From LinkedIn, events, Reddit, partner ecosystems, compliance conferences.
Growth feedback loop (30%). You work daily with the Head of Growth. Which channels bring real leads, which bring noise. You test messaging, track attribution, flag what’s working in the community. You’re the bridge between what the market says and what the sales team needs. If an MQL is garbage, you say it. If a Skill demo is converting, you prove it.
Last year of business school, engineering school, or just graduated. Either way:
You’re curious about fintech, crypto, compliance, or regulated industries. You don’t need to be an expert. You need to care.
You’ve convinced someone to say yes before. A sponsor, a client, a partner. The context doesn’t matter. The instinct does.
You write well in English. Clear, short, no fluff. French is a bonus.
You’re autonomous. Nobody tells you what to do every morning. You figure it out, ask when you’re stuck, and ship.
You know what Claude is. You’ve used AI tools. You’re not scared of prompts, APIs, or things you’ve never seen before.
You have opinions and you defend them. About markets, products, companies, competitors. We want someone who reads, thinks, and pushes back. Even on the CRO.
