Missions :

• Be part of the P2P (Purchase To Pay) accountig team
• On a run mode : reconcile invoices with command, identify & solve disputes with requestors & validators. Calculate & book unbilled invoices for month end closings.
• Follow-up supplier ageing balance.
• Participate to internal / external audits.
• Insure perfect reciprocity of intercompany transactions.
• On a project mode : participate to the formalisation of processes (redaction of notes, automate dashboards, presentation of analysis to the management).
• Integrate the consolidation to perform the monthly light consolidation and bi-annualy full consolidation.
• Participate to the intercompany resolution process which aims to identify & solve more quickly every mismatch during the closings.

Requirements

• Currently in last year of Business school or master's degree in finance, specializing in Accounting/Consolidation
• You are looking for a 6 months internship
• Experience in a leading firm's transaction services department is a significant advantage
• You like challenges, diversity of assignments and complex tech projects
• Fluent in english and french
• Soft skills : Good interpersonal skills, proactivity, ability to make proposals, rigor, ability to analyze and synthesize, organization and respect for deadlines.
