🌍 About the position

We are looking for a Sales Agent for the Italian Market, based in Bali.

As part of the local sales team, you will be responsible for designing, selling, and managing tailor-made and group tours across Indonesia for Italian-speaking travelers.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will contribute to the commercial development of the agency by offering unique, high-quality, and sustainable travel experiences.


💼 Your main missions

✈️ Sales & customer support

  • Advise travelers and design customized or group trips for the Italian and English markets

  • Communicate with clients via phone and email through the agency’s website and marketplace

  • Identify travelers’ needs and craft tailor-made itineraries adapted to their preferences

📋 Operations & follow-up

  • Monitor bookings and ensure customer satisfaction from inquiry to post-trip feedback

  • Be accountable for achieving profit and revenue objectives

  • Participate in on-call phone duty and handle occasional operational support

🌿 Contribution to responsible tourism

  • Promote sustainable and responsible travel practices aligned with Evaneos’ values

  • Collaborate with local partners to ensure quality and authenticity of experiences


💰 Contract conditions

📅 Type of contract: 1-year local contract, renewable

📍 Location: Sanur, Bali (Indonesia)

🤝 Availability: As soon as possible

💲 Salary: Fixed salary + 13th & 14th month bonuses depending on results

Working hours: 8 hours/day – 40 hours/week

💻 Flexibility: Work-from-home every Friday

✅ Core skills

  • Fluent in Italian and bilingual in English (spoken and written)

  • Based in Bali or willing to relocate

  • Strong knowledge of Indonesia through personal or professional experience

  • Previous experience in tourism sales or customer relations

  • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

  • Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset

  • Proficient with digital and office tools

  • Passionate about outdoor and adventure activities
