We are looking for an experienced French-speaking Sales Agent to join the team in Buenos Aires. The role focuses on advising French-speaking travelers and designing tailor-made trips through the Evaneos platform, while ensuring high-quality service throughout the entire customer journey.
This position is offered in a hybrid work mode, with a rhythm of 2 days on-site and 3 days remote per week. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely with the local team, contributing to sales performance, itinerary quality, and customer satisfaction.

🧭 Sales & customer support
Advise travelers and design personalized itineraries aligned with their expectations, interests, and travel style.
Communicate with clients through the Evaneos platform, by phone, and by email, ensuring attentive and professional support.
Share strong local knowledge of destinations, culture, and traditions to build trust and inspire travelers.
Support travelers throughout the sales process, from first contact to booking confirmation.
💼 Operations & practical management
Coordinate all trip components with local partners, including accommodations, guides, and transport providers.
Prepare, validate, and follow up on accurate quotations in line with internal processes and margins.
Manage billing and ensure administrative accuracy for each travel file.

Act as the main point of contact before and during the trip to ensure a smooth and reassuring experience.
Handle questions, adjustments, or unexpected situations with empathy and professionalism.
Collect post-trip feedback and contribute to customer loyalty and continuous improvement.

Promote responsible and sustainable practices across all itineraries.
Select and collaborate with eco-conscious suppliers aligned with sustainability values.

+5 years of experience in sales, ideally within tourism or tailor-made travel.
Strong knowledge of Argentina and Chile, enabling confident and relevant itinerary design.
Proven ability to manage travel files autonomously from sales to post-trip follow-up.
Excellent customer orientation, with ease advising travelers through written and oral communication.
Strong organization and attention to detail, allowing management of several dossiers simultaneously.
Autonomy, adaptability, and team spirit, combined with respect for structured processes.
Creativity and problem-solving skills applied to itinerary design and client needs.
