Within the Marketing & Strategy department, in direct report with our CMO, you are in charge of building the best customers’ experience after their first booking.
Your objective is to maximize loyalty on all markets by increasing repeat, lifetime value and NPS metrics.
This includes :
At least 7 years working on Customer marketing, Loyalty, CRM problematics or as a consultant
You have demonstrated strong project management skills & transversal leadership skills.
You are comfortable working on large-scale projects involving different professions. You know how to evaluate, sequence, plan, organize and lead to deliver.
You’re familiar with databases, tables and CRM tools
Your strong Data & analytical skills and your test & learn approach enable you to deliver strong results.
You’re results driven & business oriented.
You are a real team player, curious & rigorous.
Fluent French & English
Copywriting skills are a plus
1st experience in start up / scale up / fast growing environment is a plus
