Job Summary

: We are seeking a Junior UX Designer / Digital Platform Analyst to join our Travel Marketing & Digital team. In this role, you will support the design and development of digital platforms supporting both B2B partners and end users and help ensure their successful delivery. You ill work closely with the marketing team, internal stakeholders, and the development team to ensure the platform is aligned to users needs. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in UX design and project management while working in a multinational and multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the design and development of the digital platform from conception to delivery.

• Work closely with stakeholders around the globe to understand their goals and requirements.

• Conduct user research and gather feedback to help shape the user experience.

• Create wireframes and mockups to communicate design concepts.

• Collaborate with the development team to ensure the platform is built to specification.

• Assist with project coordination, including task assignments, progress tracking, and issue resolution.

• Attend agile ceremonies and support the facilitation of sprint planning, daily stand

ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Help monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in UX design, Digital design, Digital Engineering or a related field.

• Understanding of user experience design principles and methodologies.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

• Good communication, collaboration, and problem

solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency with design and prototyping softwares ( Figma)

• Fluent English language speaker.

• Previous experience in UX design and project coordination is a plus.
