In the Digital Transformation Department, you will be in charge to support the Digital transformation of ETS Global. You will work closely with all ETS Global departments, as well as with our Information System suppliers.  

Your mindset is fully oriented on the next following domains:

  • SaaS & Cloud
  • Data driven
  • Collaborative work & change management
  • Digital Platform / Low code / No Code
  • Inside the Digital Services team, you ensure product information is organized, updated and shared

Main duties

As a Digital transformation Engineer your missions will include:

Technical Coordination & solution parameterization for digital services projects such as:

  • Datalake management
  • Move to cloud
  • Security: Application SSO, SOC implementation

Microsoft 365:

  • Coordinate suppliers’ teams in run phase (actions follow-up & dashboards)
  • Coordinate technical project phases with departments (planning, business teams onboarding)
  • Low Code/NoCode processes implementation to transform business processes (Microsoft Power Automate)

Support Business teams in their digital transformation journey

This is a full time position based in Paris or possibly in Amsterdam

Požadavky na pozici

Preferred experience / Education / Job requirements

Skills

  • Engineer school/ master’s in computer science 
  • Experience in project & supplier teams management
  • Experience in collaborative way of working
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting
  • Microsoft 365 platform knowledge & certifications is a plus
  • 3 to 5 years of experience minimum
  • Project Planification, rigorous follow-up, right level of reporting and metrics, with all stakeholders
  • Employee Experience centric: you know it is crucial to understand our internal clients’ needs to feed your strategic thinking and confirm hypothesis through interview/ workshops…) 
  • Transversal capacities (you feel at ease interacting with and capturing the constraints of other business departments).  
  • Resilient, comfortable in a complex environment, teamwork, diplomatic sensitivity, hands-on, strategic thinking 

Languages required

  • English (both verbal & written)
  • French is a plus

Other qualifications/requirements

  • A previous experience within an international environment is a big plus
  • A strong interest for the field of education
