Monitor the market and identify competitors for benchmarking

Responsible of the new platforms defined within GBV’s Digital Strategic Plan
Co-lead with business departments the projects and features requested by a department or/and part of the annual roadmap
Co-responsible and co-building with the Product Owners of the digital platforms of the company. Accountable in front of the platform’s steering committee
Guarantees the generic, customizable, and scalable specifications of the features, projects, and platforms, to be consistent and serve all EMEA markets needs
Collect and anticipate the needs of the departments to build the next fiscal year roadmap
Coordinates with the PMO the definition of the annual roadmap and budgets for the projects, features and platforms defined
Participates in the opportunity studies of new projects all along the year
Coordinates the work of the various business contributors involved in the specifications of the project, features, and platforms
Co-responsible in collaboration with our PMO to define release strategy and planification of the projects in charge
Work with project coordinators to help organizational changes between the different business departments necessary for the platform success
Responsible for planning and facilitating all governance committees of the projects
Co-define with the business contributors and the PO, the project/platform KPIs to measure performance and OKR compliance
Writes macro-functional specifications, and validates detailed functional specifications and test books written by the product owners
Ensure correct UI use within framework defined by the marketing
Ensure correct UX implementation defined in coordination with Hélène (UX transversal role)
Validates user acceptance tests of the pre-production versions
Facilitates change management actions with the project coordinators and the businesses departments (communication and training)
Works closely with digital factory’s documentation and supports team to monitor diagnostic and help material deliverables
Supports marketing for external communication
Collects business feedbacks after the production launch
Contributes to marketing CX journeys
Coordinates the work of the platform content (translation keys/automatic emails…)

Knowing the business
Capacity to understand needs and transform them as features of a product
Very good contact with all stakeholders
Capacity to animate and move forward to the same objective diverse groups
Good understanding of digital and technical challenges
Extreme rigor in the management and governance of a project
3-5 years of experience in an equivalent role (business owner, business analyst, digital product manager, …)
A previous experience within an international environment
