We’re looking for our Solutions Architect that will be operating together with the Tech and Business team, making this a hybrid position. You’ll be working on a customer-facing role to deeply understand their needs, guide them in adopting what we build, and ensure they use the full value of our platform.
This is a highly technical position : you’ll scope and sequence technical work, debug complex customer scenarios. You’ll also be instrumental in shaping our product roadmap by bringing structured feedback from the field into Engineering, Product, and Research conversations. We require a certain technical understanding for this position.

Assist customers in configuring and installing the platform, guiding them through the setup process and ensuring successful implementation
Develop and maintain strong relation with customers to discuss their needs, provide technical support and gather feedback.
Educate customers on best practices and optimal use of the product while keeping them informed of new features and product updates
Work in tandem with the Sales Team to maintain the satisfaction of the client and upsell the account

Code Quality:

Professional experience: You have 1+ years of experience in a deep tech environment. Previous experience in a startup or cybersecurity is a plus.
Technical Background: You have a strong understanding of software or SaaS products, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Customer-Oriented: Passionate about helping clients succeed, with excellent communication skills and a knack for building strong relationships.
Proactive Problem-Solver: Able to quickly identify issues and work through solutions independently or with the support of the engineering team.
Team Player: Collaborates well with other teams, including engineering, product, and sales, to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients.
Bilingual Proficiency: French and English, both written and verbal.
