Main responsibilities

-Contract

You will act as a point of contact for partners and customers involved in contract negotiations. 

As such, you will review and update current contracts (Adserving, programmatic, DSP/media buying) according to market practices. 

This role includes:

*drafting contracts template for new offers (retail media/curation etc.) in partnership with the Product team.

*establishing contract management procedures and implementing commercial and contractual processes.

*working across the full lifecycle of projects from development, construction and to asset management.

*adapting text and contracts to sales constraints, where possible, and legal specifics in local markets. 

Another key expectation is to anticipate potential events or risks to the project and provide counter strategies with commercial solutions to minimize project impact.

-Data Privacy

You will:

*review & update of DPA (best practices alignment & benchmarking)

*drive negotiations with clients in order to adapt to specific cases

*be a point of contact for clients and partners 

*drive negotiations on privacy topics
