OUR CONTEXT

We’re on the lookout for a forward-thinking AI Program Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the Head of Innovation to define and execute AI program strategy and roadmap. You will focus on new AI technology such as Generative AI.

The AI Program Manager will lead key initiatives and business transformation to better serve Edenred clients and Edenred employees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of technical skills and strategic vision, able to simplify complex AI concepts for business use.

This role is a part of the Global Tech’s Innovation department.

As Innovation Project Manager you will:

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Innovation to develop and execute the AI strategy and roadmap.

• Lead critical AI initiatives, driving innovation and transformative projects across the organization.

• Engage with cross-functional teams to identify new AI opportunities, evaluating potential impacts and guiding the adoption process.

• Conduct comprehensive market and trend analyses to remain ahead of the curve in AI advancements and best practices.

• Build business cases and financial models to back AI investments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Cultivate an environment of innovation, encouraging creative thinking and continuous development.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to leverage AI in enhancing business processes, achieving strategic objectives, and delivering value.

• Manage vendor and partner relationships, securing top-tier support and maximizing investment value in the AI domain.

You will have to demonstrate:

• Solid track record in developing and implementing AI strategies, roadmaps, and business plans.

• Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and related technologies, alongside their business applications.

• Proven capability in leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex AI projects efficiently.

• Analytical, strategic, and creative thinking skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience in managing technology vendor relationships.

• Talent for attracting, developing, and retaining top-tier tech talents.

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, AI, Business, or a related field.

• Extensive project management experience (>6 years), preferably in AI or technology projects.

• Competence in working with international, decentralized teams and in English.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
