Your role at Dynatrace

Dynatrace, the world’s number one Software Intelligence monitoring platform, provides answers, not just data, about application performance and end-user experience. We’re looking for talented Software Engineers to make our product even better.

• You will be working in a cloud-native environment with TypeScript, Node.js and React.js while leveraging the whole toolbox of other technologies to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• You will be working with highly skilled engineers who prioritize teamwork, utilizing collaborative practices such as pair programming to build software end-to-end, including debugging, testing, and fixing.
• You will work with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), researching and building knowledge around modern cloud architectures. You will build visulalizations that help our users understand the complexity of cloud observability data.
• You will build intuitive frontend interfaces and contribute to backend components that support integration of our frontend features

What will help you succeed

• 3+ years of experience in developing web-based software using JavaScript/TypeScript
• Technical studies related to Software Engineering or equivalent experience
• Excellent fundamental knowledge of React
• Focus on user experience and customer-centric end-to-end thinking
• Experience working in Python, Java or any other backend language or willingness to learn
• Familiar with or open to learn AWS, Azure, GCP cloud technologies
• Strong focus on software quality, performance, and clean architecture
• Team player with a proactive approach
• Familiar with working in an agile environment
• Good English communication

Compensation

• We offer only employment contracts (PL: Umowa o pracę / UoP) and a hybrid working setup with 2/3 days per week in the office. This is a permanent role and not a B2B contract.
• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
• Base salary range — starting from 16.000 PLN gross per month.
