We're creating a new AI operating system that has the potential to change the way companies operate. Our mission at Dust is to transform how work gets done by letting any team and employee shape the exact agents they need to accelerate their jobs.
With 70%+ weekly active users, people stick with Dust as much as they do with Slack and Notion. We already are a core part of their jobs.
We're at an exciting stage of our journey—and growing fast. We're serving great customers like Cursor, Clay, Whatnot, and Persona, and aim to x6 our growth by the end of 2025.
Dust is a Sequoia-backed company with an experienced and determined team of optimists (coming from companies like Stripe or OpenAI) that like to focus on users, getting great things done by shipping fast, and doesn’t take itself too seriously while doing so.
We're scaling our EMEA event motion 4x over the next year, and we need someone who thrives on execution, loves the details, and can move fast. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Field Marketing Lead to execute sponsored conferences and Dust-owned events that put us in front of the leaders who need to know about Dust.
This is not a strategy role—it's a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves position where you'll own the logistics, coordination, and execution that make great events happen. If you've ever stood at a perfectly-run event and thought "I made this happen," this role is for you.
Execute end-to-end event logistics: Venue sourcing, vendor coordination, catering, retroplanning, on-site management—the works
Benchmark events constantly to ensure we're investing in the right conferences and maximizing ROI
Create pre and post-event content tailored to specific audiences: booth designs, social posts, email sequences, signage (with content lead approval)
Target and select accounts that should be invited or engaged at each event
Track and report event performance in our CRM, collaborating closely with Sales to measure impact
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Success teams to ensure flawless execution
In your first 6–12 months:
You'll significantly scale our event presence across EMEA, executing more sponsored conferences and owned events
You'll help launch and execute multiple Dust-owned events targeting senior leaders in our ICP
Events run on time, on budget, with no last-minute fires
You're moving fast and efficiently, freeing up leadership to focus on strategy and expansion
2–5 years of experience in demand gen, field marketing, or event management—preferably in B2B SaaS or tech
Proven track record executing both sponsored conferences and owned events in B2B environments
Fluent in English (especially writing—you'll draft emails, booth copy, social posts)
Understands how to stand out in crowded B2B spaces: booth design with social proof, messaging that resonates, adapting tactics based on brand recognition
Speaks the language of demand gen: pipeline, MQLs, lead management, CRM tracking
Based in Paris and able to work from our office (with occasional travel to event cities in EMEA)
Work authorization in France
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
Nice-to-haves:
French fluency
Curiosity about AI/LLM space (or willingness to learn fast)
Experience in fast-growing startups or scale-ups
Design or content creation skills
We offer substantial support for relocation, including a stipend up to €10k, finding an apartment in Paris, and supporting you with all residence and work permit-related procedures
Significant equity package in a Sequoia-backed startup
Health insurance for you and your dependents
New MacBook Pro or Linux machine, monitor, keyboard, etc.
Beautiful office in the heart of Paris
Opportunity to travel to the US multiple times a year
Regular team events and offsite
We're prioritizing building our team with an in-person culture at our offices in Paris and San Francisco, valuing the magic that happens when talented people work closely together.
We're not building yet another enterprise SaaS tool. We’re creating an AI OS that will fundamentally change how companies operate. We believe existing AI models are powerful enough to have a tremendous impact on the world (and will keep getting better) – the key is building the infrastructure so that they have context and explore the best interfaces for humans to interact with them.
We have the unique opportunity to explore and shape the way humans interact with machines while working on a product we use ourselves every day.
If you're excited about crafting products that reinvent B2B software and want to join a team that combines the best of startup culture with the backing of top-tier investors, we'd love to talk.
👋 Even if you don't check every box in our requirements, we encourage you to apply. We value diverse perspectives and backgrounds, and we're more interested in your potential and passion than a perfect match to our checklist.
