Overview

Our team consists of sales, marketing and customer success profiles. Our tech team is located in Greece, our headquarter.

One of our strengths is that the different departments communicate a lot and work very well together. We advocate direct communication within a flat structure. We want to keep the sense of hierarchy to a minimum. This contributes to our desire to offer autonomy and trust to each employee or intern.

We also advocate mutual support between departments and believe that this constant communication also allows our employees to learn continuously and to train themselves as well as possible in the entrepreneurial world.

Sales Team

The sales team consist of the Head of Sales, the Team Leaders, Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives. As the name says, the sales TEAM works together as one team and everyone contributes in their own way in delivering the best results possible. 

The sales team is responsible for bringing new clients to the platform. Thanks to the help of the other streams, they look for and create new opportunities. They are the ones who close the deal. ;)  As a sales, you have a direct impact on the growth of Doctoranytime. If you are dynamic, enthusiastic and you don't think anything is impossible, you will love working as a sales at Doctoranytime. 

Having a master in physiotherapy and a master in additional management, Doctoranytime seemed the ideal place to combine her two masters. In 2019 Lisa started working as an Account Executive for the Flemish part. She is currently working as an Account Executive Team Leader. She loves the diversity, flexibility and autonomy in her job. Her main goals are growing Doctoranytime in Flanders and guiding the Sales Development Representatives so they can deliver their best result possible. Three things which describe Lisa are: "Impossible is nothing", go-getter and enthusiastic.

Victor Dhont is Head of Sales at Doctoranytime Belgium. After graduating from a Master's degree in Financial assets and markets In Brussels, Victor decided to kick off his sales career at Doctoranytime. 

Passionate about sales and the tech industry, he was then recruited by Salesforce where he spent two years in Dublin. Thanks to his experience in the tech giant and his field experience at Doctoranytime, Victor was able to take a leadership role within the startup. After one year at the company results skyrocketed, and the team achieved a 45% growth in revenue.  Aside from work Victor is a keen athlete, having played football at club level for 18 years, he enjoys taking part in semi marathon and other sporting activities.

Customer Success Team

Our team of Customer Success managers works with our practitioners on a daily basis to engage them with our product. Engagement means that the practitioner understands our added value and uses the tools in the best way. We therefore encourage and teach them how to use it in order that they will get the most out of our product. A practitioner who is engaged with the product is a happy practitioner and will remain a loyal customer of Doctoranytime. In addition, they will spread a great word of mouth to their colleagues, which makes this job extremely rewarding!

In 2018, Corentin decided to leave Luxembourg to take part in the Doctoranytime adventure. By moving from an Account Executive to the Head of Operations, he had the opportunity to understand all the professions within the structure. His tasks are quite varied: Operations : Align teams to make sure that the internal and external processes we have evolve along with the maturity of the company. Product : Represent our market to the best so that the product we develop meets the expectations of our practitioners and patients. Account Management : Manage account managers who work with our practitioners on a daily basis to engage them with our product. Engagement means that the practitioner understands our added value and uses the tool in the best possible way. He is always very cheerful and ready to laugh, only the defeat at the World Cup can make him lose his smile.

The mission of our team is to make sure our practitioners are happy with the service we deliver. Our goal is to keep our customers as a client of Doctoranytime and even more, turn them into ambassadors, this is both very challenging and exciting.

Marketing & Operation Team

The marketing and operation team is a small team of young and passionate professionals. Our goal is to attract prospects and accompany patients and practitioners with the best possible communication and the smoothest process ever to meet the company’s goal: Revolutionize healthcare in Belgium.

Concretely, on the marketing side, we manage all related to communication for patients and practitioners meaning website optimization for search engines, e-mailings, social media posts, …

On the operation side, we work on internal and external processes improvement, which means that we review all the steps we go through when for example a client has clicked on one of our newsletters or when singing a client, … and we try to structure all to have a clear step by step approach.

As a very dynamic person, Sandrine always wanted to be in a fast evolving environment where there is a real opportunity to get challenged and have impact. She decided to join Doctoranytime after a few years of consultancy to be able to contribute to a project that appealed her a lot: developing e-health in Belgium. As part of the marketing and operations team, she is passionate about reviewing the complete client journey to ensure it is smooth and efficient while trying to provide them with the right communication at the right time.

You will never get bored in the marketing and operations team! There is no day like the other, as we are a small team, we work on various projects. We also love making some experiments but we always keep one goal in mind: ensuring the best experience for Doctoranytime patients and practitioners.
