What you’ll do

Doctolib is looking for a Go
-To
-Market Strategy Lead (x/f/m) who will be responsible for understanding the Dutch healthcare market, supporting the growth plan of our care cooperation product (Doctolib Siilo), and assessing the launch of Doctolib's full product suite in the market.

You will work in a small team in charge of analyzing New Business opportunities, report to the Go
-To
-Market Senior Manager based in Amsterdam, and work closely with Doctolib Siilo Sales and Marketing teams, as well as Global product and strategy teams. 

In this role you will have a direct impact on improving the experience of healthcare professionals on a daily basis and facilitating Belgium patients' access to healthcare.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Developing & constantly refining a thorough macro understanding of the Dutch healthcare market (market sizing, needs, competition, trends, legislation, …)
  • Building a deep understanding of healthcare professionals (P&L, needs, reimbursement schemes, ways of working, tool, …), defining notably the strategy for one or two clusters (eg Physicians, Dentists, Physiotherapists, Psychotherapists)
  • Identifying key players and potential partners in the market
  • Identifying go
    -to
    -market strategies
    options
  • Building robust pricing analysis and strategy
  • Building product vision and prioritizing product roadmap
  • Defining and optimizing user journey from Siilo user base to upsell on Doctolib Patient
  • Driving business reviews with Doctolib's top management

  • You have around 6 years of experience in a startup or high growth tech business, with proven knowledge of the healthcare market and a strong willingness to work in the industry
  • You have experience working as a strategic business developer and/or partnership manager (or similar)
    - you enjoy spending time ‘in the field’, meeting and building connections with the different actors in the health ecosystem (both healthcare professionals and potential partners)
  • You have a strong entrepreneurial and problem
    -solver mindset
  • You are very analytical and passionate about developing insights, scoping analysis plans and providing critical information that drives a dynamic and fast
    -growing business
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English (bonus if you also speak French) and based in or near Amsterdam

    -oriented with strong project management skills
  • You have the ability to think strategically, act tactically, write effectively and display strong critical thinking skills
  • You like the stretch between shaping a strategy and getting into the detail of implementation and operations
