What you’ll do

Doctolib is looking for a Go
-to
-Market Lead on the Specialists doctor market as a maternity leave replacement for its GTM Strategy team in France.

The GTM team is driving 100% of the growth strategy in France, end
-to
-end: from identifying the main growth drivers to delivering them, working closely with all internal stakeholders: Product,Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, and Public Affairs. By being a GTM Cluster lead, you will be at the center of the growth machine of Doctolib, and contribute to high impact projects. What will be your key responsibilities?

As a GTM Cluster Lead, you will be the CEO & P&L owner of the Specialists doctor market segment. You are in charge of preparing and delivering the strategic projects to reach your Business Plan.

You will have a high impact on the growth & satisfaction of our clients in France for the cluster.

Your missions will include:

● Lead strategy plan with our key Clinics Partners (Ramsay, Elsan,etc): increase productspenetration, reinforce local presence & trust, impulse long
-term partnership vision● Design our strategy to increase our Product Market Fit for Specialists doctors● Launch our new Product offer in October for the Specialists● Define the strategy for our future AI assistant: interview practitioners, assess productmarket readiness, co
-create Sales & Marketing plan● Reinforce our understanding of the Midwives market: design Marketing plan and preparenew product launch strategy● Work hand
-in
-hands with the right stakeholders internally to follow and deliver our sales,marketing and satisfaction plans● Review Business Plan targets quarterly for each growth KPI to feed the annual DoctolibStrategic Plan; and monitor its achievement

Your role will also include the management of an intern

  • Have 4 years of experience in consulting firm, GTM or fast
    -growth environment;
  • Are highly results/action
    -oriented, super well structured, analytical and fact
    -based;
  • Prioritize user experience above all. You know our solutions and like to work on Product;
  • You have strong interpersonal skills in order to federate & engage stakeholders within the company, including Top Management;
  • You speak French and English fluently

  • Have already designed & implemented large strategic projects at scale
  • Have a strong business acumen, embody the “start small, think big” and are not afraid to fail

Job details

  • Fixed term contract (6 to 9 months)
  • Full Time
  • Workplace : Levallois (3 days onsite presence)
  • Start date: June 2024
  • Compensation : fix + bonus on objectives (according to your profile)
