What will be your tasks and responsibilities?

• Adapt large language models for language-related use cases using deep learning techniques and have a strong understanding of natural language processing.

• Test and refine language models based on feedback from users and stakeholders, and evaluate the accuracy, effectiveness and trustworthiness of language models.

• Stay up-to-date with new developments in natural language processing, deep learning, Generative Artificial Intelligence, and apply this knowledge to improve language models.

• Identify new opportunities to implement language models in automotive-related projects.

• Participate in cross-functional projects that involve language models, such as projects related to voice assistants, conversational agents or chatbots

• Collaborate with other team members to provide technical guidance and support, and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable way.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, such as GDPR, when developing and using language models.

What you’ll need to succeed?

• Deep knowledge in the field of NLP and GenAI

• Practical usage of Python

• Experience with language-related Azure AI services

• Experience with prompt engineering

• Experience in leading a team in the field of NLP and/or GenAI (nice to have)

• Education in the field of computer science, data science, linguistics or related relevant field

• Ability to motivate a team

• Creativity and innovative thinking
