As a Senior Financial Controller – Cost Model you will provide transparency on service/product profitability delivered across global organization. You will review the cost model results with stakeholders and maintain its information relevant.

You will be also responsible for:

  • Preparation/collection of cost model inserts from various sources, performs quality control and analysis

  • Calculation of unit / total costs per service / tower, calculation of overhead costs

  • Providing inputs to pricing team

  • Support Product P&L introduction project [DD(IS1]

As a Senior Functional Controller, you should have a Bachelor’s degree or higher professional qualification in IT, Business, or Finance coupled with at 3 years experience in financial controlling/reporting.

Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

You should also have:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Personal drive, enthusiasm and resilience to achieve objectives in line with deadlines
  • Well developed interpersonal skills
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • SQL, PBI and SAP knowledge is a plus

Hi, my name is Martina and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2004, when I took a role as Financial controller in newly created Prague controlling team. I have been promoted to Senior financial controller in 2005 and gain more hands-on experience with supporting various departments / projects. In 2014 I took on the role of Global Investment controller. In 2016, I moved to a management role, being Senior Controlling Manager. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common vision– making IT Services a sustainable competitive advantage for the Group.
