We are seeking a Principal Consultant with a primary focus on Analytics and ML (Machine Learning) Ops. This senior-level role requires a thought leader with deep expertise in leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Azure, Google Cloud, and Kubeflow. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Python and SQL, with a profound understanding of data engineering principles and a proven track record of solving complex technical challenges. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as the role involves guiding cross-functional teams, engaging with senior business stakeholders, ensuring project feasibility, managing realistic expectations, and working effectively in diverse, multicultural, geographically distributed teams.

Strategic Leadership:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and solutions using Azure, Google Cloud, and Kubeflow.
• Provide visionary guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with the latest industry trends and best practices in ML Ops and analytics.

Expectation Management:

• Manage realistic expectations with stakeholders by clearly communicating project timelines, potential challenges, and achievable outcomes.
• Set and maintain realistic goals for project deliverables, ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and business needs.

Project Feasibility Evaluation:

• Evaluate the feasibility of proposed projects, assessing technical requirements, resource needs, and potential challenges.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback and recommendations to stakeholders to ensure project viability and success.

Identifying Underlying Business Problems:

• Analyze business processes and objectives to identify underlying problems and root causes.
• Lead implementation of solutions that address these fundamental business issues, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Collaboration & Mentorship:

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and senior business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of business needs and technical solutions.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Work effectively in diverse, multicultural, geographically distributed teams, leveraging diverse perspectives and ensuring inclusive collaboration.

Problem Solving & Innovation:

• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical challenges, driving continuous improvement in systems and processes.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies, integrating them into the organization’s practices to enhance capabilities and performance.

Comprehensive Documentation:

• Ensure thorough documentation of all developed solutions, facilitating knowledge transfer and reproducibility.
• Develop and maintain technical standards and guidelines for the organization.

Continuous Improvement:

• Continuously evaluate and enhance existing systems and processes, leveraging the latest advancements in analytics, ML Ops, and related technologies.

Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT consulting with a focus on analytics and ML Ops.

· Demonstrated experience in leading complex projects and managing cross-functional teams.

· Proficiency in Azure and Google Cloud platforms.

· Extensive experience with Kubeflow for ML pipeline orchestration.

· Advanced software engineering skills in Python.

· Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and query optimization.

· Solid understanding of data engineering principles and practices.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Relevant certifications in Azure, Google Cloud, or data engineering are a plus.
