We have taken our obsession for our users and injected it with new thinking and ways to disrupt how we do CRM. For this transformative organisation, we need a diverse team of CRM experts all dedicated to design, build and activate new ways to engage our users around our favourite topic, music. Beyond ideation and concepting, we need resourceful individuals who can dig into the how and thrive working in a dynamic environment to get things done. This role has a start date from October onwards and a duration of 1 year. 

The role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a CRM Conversion Apprentice. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop tailored CRM journeys to activate users in the early days of their lifecycle with Deezer and nudge them to convert to a paid package. You’ll be a key contributor to deliver innovative and personalised communications across all channels, with a high focus on testing & optimization. You will have the chance of working closely with various departments within our organisation, including Product & Tech, Data and Copywriting/Graphic Design. 

What you will do

  • Ideate and execute CRM journeys (in our CRM tool Braze) to boost activation and conversion, leveraging personalized music content and well-thought promo schemes.

  • Work closely with different teams across the organisation to ensure the successful execution of our CRM strategy and alignment with company objectives.

  • Implement AB tests to continuously improve journeys’ performance.

  • Monitor, analyse and report on CRM performance metrics, and communicate learnings to the organisation.

  • ​​Find new and innovative ways to engage with users, effectively using our channel mix.


Požadavky na pozici

This role is excellent for a person with:

  • A data-driven approach and strong organisational skills

  • An experience in project management.

  • A genuine enthusiasm for customers and a creative mindset

  • Working proficiency in English.

  • Knowledge of CRM platforms is a plus (ideally Braze).
