We are looking for talented junior Project Managers to join our Customer Success team in Paris!

As part of the Wezen Deployment Team, your main challenge will be to take part to the development of our SaaS platform and build long term successes in our several customer projects.

To achieve this, you will closely work with a Wezen tutor but also with Wezen Clients and platform users.

Those stakeholders have a wide range of backgrounds and are located around the world.

Here are some responsibilities you will have:

• Assist and manage several steps of the Wezen Deployment
• Platform testing before project kick-off
• User feedback collection / Understand users’ needs and advise on Solutions
• Build trusting relationships with your clients and platform users
• Ability to identify improvements on existing processes and provide change management proposals
• Work on the improvement on the Wezen product, suggest and test new features
• Build documentation

Must have :

• 0 to 2 years experience in project management
• Fluent in English and French
• You would like to be involved in a young and fast growing project
• Strong interest for the Digital Culture
• Curious about new technologies
• Ability to interact with a wide range of profiles (Developers, Translators, Clients, etc…)

Nice to have :

• Previous experience in a SaaS company
• Previous experience using Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Akeneo (or any other relevant technology)
