Qui sont-ils ?
In 2015, Benoit and Corentin, joined later by two other friends, Arthur and Paul-Hubert, launched Truckfly, an app for truck drivers. After hard work, in 2018, the app is successful with 300K users. Then, Michelin acquires Truckfly. Dashdoc adventure can start : they develop the SaaS solution in France. End of 2021, Dashdoc has 50 talented people and is expanding internationally!

🛠 The team and tech stack
Right now the tech team is composed of 20 people with a variety of experiences and skills, part in Paris and part in Nantes. We’re open to full remote for senior people.
The product is split in 3 parts : the API, the web application & the mobile app.
💻 The tools/langages we use :
The API is built using Python/Django with Django Rest Framework. We use Postgresql as our database and everything is hosted on Google Cloud. The frontend uses React, and our mobile app is developped using React Native. We deploy using continuous integration several times per day.
🔄 The method we work with :
We use the Shape Up method to organise our work:
A 6-week cycle : During that time, a small cross-functional team (including a product designer and a product manager) work together on a single subject that will have a big impact on the product. Engineers are expected to voice their opinions about the product and to take part in product decisions.
A 2-week “cooldown” : After 6 weeks we enter a “cooldown” period, which is dedicated to technical improvements, refactoring, and generally keeping the tech debt low.

As a full-stack software engineer, you’ll have the following responsibilities :
Architect and develop new features that have a direct impact on our users
Solve complex technical problems that arise within the variety of challenges we face in the freight transport industry
Contribute to the architecture of our apps to keep them fast and easy to maintain
Share your knowledge with the rest of the team
Maintain a high level of quality: our product is critical for our users
Cooperate effectively with the other teams

Based in Europe, ideally able to travel to Paris or Nantes easily (by train)
