You’ll lead our full engineer team — iOS, Android, and backend (8 people) — in an autonomous team entirely dedicated to the Dailymotion mobile apps.

Together with the Product Director, your mission is to turn vision into a world-class product — with real freedom to shape how we build and grow.

To achieve it, you’ll also work closely with QA Engineers and Product Designer to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience.

What you’ll do :

• Own the delivery of the product vision
• Make key technical calls, balancing innovation and tech debt
• Lead and support your team, encouraging ownership and collaboration
• Establish clear performance objectives and provide guidance to ensure team alignment with business and technical goals
• Continuously improve the way your team work—improving workflows, tools, and ways of building
• Provide technical direction that influences the entire company
