• Own features end-to-end: from discovery and scoping through design, implementation, testing, and launch

• Partner with Product: work closely with our Product Department to shape requirements, challenge assumptions, and co-create solutions that solve real user problems

• Champion UX/UI excellence: contribute to design discussions, prototype interfaces, advocate for intuitive user experiences, and implement pixel-perfect front-ends

• Build with quality: write clean, testable code with comprehensive unit tests; maintain high standards across the entire stack

• Manage the full stack: implement back-end APIs, internal tooling, third-party integrations, and front-end elements with a strong eye for usability

• Integrate AI thoughtfully: evaluate, integrate, and optimize AI solutions (OpenAI, Vercel, Anthropic, etc.) that add real value and enhance user experience

• Troubleshoot and improve: debug production issues, optimize performance, and continuously improve existing systems

• Lead by example: participate in technical reviews, contribute to architecture and design decisions, and help build a strong engineering culture

• 5+ years of relevant work experience, ideally shipping products at scale

• Product mindset: you think in terms of user outcomes, not just code; you ask “why” before building

• Strong UX/UI affinity: you care deeply about design, usability, and crafting delightful user experiences; you can collaborate effectively with designers and contribute to design decisions

• Collaborative spirit: you thrive working closely with Product teams, translating user needs into technical solutions

• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and REST APIs

• Solid experience with React and modern front-end development

• Some experience with CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with AWS and K8s is a plus

• Experience with Storyblok or similar headless CMS is a plus

• Familiarity with third-party AI integrations like OpenAI, Vercel, or Anthropic is highly desirable

• Previous experience at a fast-paced tech startup (bonus: experience shipping AI features)

• Full working proficiency in English

• BSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience
