What you’ll be doing

You’ll build our procurement function from the ground up like a true architect of systems and strategy. From FF&E to tech, construction to OPEX, you’ll be the driving force behind cost-effective, high-quality, and ethical sourcing.

• Build and lead our procurement function, structure, and playbook.

• Identify and manage vendors across every category: construction, FF&E, tech, marketing, and more.

• Secure the best deals while ensuring quality and long-term value.

• Own the procurement strategy, cost optimization, contract management, and risk mitigation.

• Work closely with Design, Development, Ops, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Tech to deliver flawless projects.

• Ensure our suppliers meet our ethical, sustainable, and quality benchmarks.

• Implement scalable systems and tools to support growth in multiple geographies.

What we’re looking for

• 7+ years of experience in procurement, ideally in real estate, coliving, hospitality, or construction.

• Proven negotiation and supplier management experience.

• A strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.

• Experience in multi-site or fast-growth environments.

• Experience with the US is a big plus.

• A genuine interest in design, community living, and sustainability.
