Click&Boat, a division of Boats Group, LLC, is the leading European boat rental platform. Boats Group’s main goal is to get people on the water, and Click&Boat drives those efforts by making boating accessible around the world and providing private and professional boat owners with additional income from boat rentals.

Account Managers for our Click&Boat division will work in a collaborative environment, provide analysis and additional insight around goals, objectives, and trends. The responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. The Account Manager will be a member of the international Click&Boat team, hailing from countries such as France, Italy, Croatia, Greece.

Descriptif du poste

  • Work within a vibrant and dynamic team, handling inbound and outbound calls to new customers via phone and email.

  • Fleet acquisition: you will be in charge of integrating new boat owners on the platform, mostly through:

1) prospection (email, phone);

2) onboarding

  • Account Management: you will be in charge of developing the commercial relationship with our main partners for the US market and of helping US boat owners to understand how the platform works.
  • Manage Customer Requests - General account management requests like any other customer, regarding their membership, listings, platform, etc.
  • Recommend potential products or services to the management team by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Partner with Technical Support, Collections, Sales Managers, and Sales Directors to ensure customers receive top-level customer experience.

Profil recherché

What You Should Have

• 1-3 years of successful work experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales;
• Excellent written and spoken English;
• Excellent communication, and presentation skills;
• Ability to build rapport and empathize with our customers;
• A strong drive for results with a desire to achieve targets and KPI’s;
• Good team-working skills;
• Willingness to work on special projects as assigned;
• Boating or tourism background, a big plus.
