💪 Team:

You will join the Supply team of Click&Boat, a business unit composed of an average of 30 people and divided into market teams.

As part of your missions, you will join the Italian & Greek team, caring towards our Italian and Maltese partners with the goal of supporting and expanding business in the region.

Your daily contacts will range from your teammates, your manager, the Market Lead and also members of different business units across all geographies and all four brands

🚀 Missions:

  • Acquisition (25%): You will be responsible for acquiring new partners in the Italian Market by reaching out (cold call) to potential business partners. You will be responsible for the whole sale-cycle. The accounts you prospect will be part of your portfolio, the business performances of which, you will monitor and be responsible for.

  • Onboarding new partners (25%): You will be in charge of onboarding new private and professional partners in the Italian market and assist them throughout the creation of their listings and their platform engagement. The accounts you onboard will be part of your portfolio, the business performances of which you will monitor and be responsible for.

  • Account Management (30%): You will be in charge of developing the commercial relationships with our partners in the Italian market and you will closely follow the booking funnel from a B2B perspective, ultimately helping our partners to fully realize their business potential and maximizing the user experience. A set of KPIs and metrics will help you benchmark your portfolio’s performances and driven it towards growth.

  • Business Operations (20%): You will be on the front line of conducting specific operations in the Italian Market with the goal to maximize the platform user experience and value for our partners. Your feedback and improvement suggestions will be also valued to constantly improve Click&Boat.

Požadavky na pozici

• You are an Italian native speaker and fluent in English.

Young professional or recently graduated with ideally one previous successful working experience in Business Development / Account Management / Sales.

• Previous successful working experience/internship;

• Team player who inspires trust, ready to take the initiative and is distinguished by a customer-satisfaction driven attitude;
