Clarins launched REBOOT in 2020, a global transformation program for operations and finance information processes and systems. This program is followed by CEO as it’s one of the seven pillars of “Clarins Unlimited” strategy global development plan.
The transformation program aims to implement a new standard model for all of the group's subsidiaries, in order to respond to the new challenges posed by digitalization and the rise of e-Commerce.
This transformation is based on Infor M3 (on prem) and Workday (Cloud).
As part of the global Reboot deployment team, the IT Manager M3 Sales Administration oversees and coordinates the overall activity on his/her M3 scope (Sales Administration, Orders integrations with E-commerce / Retail / Sales force Automation Tools, EDI …)
What you’ll do :
Area of responsibility:
- Lead the functional M3 Sales admin domain within the reboot deployment waves
- Be the expert of the solution & integration landscape of the domain
- Follow up on wave team, integrators and technical partners involved
- Ensure the quality of the solution provided to users by keeping it simple, maintainable, harmonized processes and tools – as it’s a core model deployment
- Promote good practices within Reboot’s community (IT resources, users)
- Train and transmit the solutions build to reboot skill center in charge of run activities
- Participation in Reboot meetings (Solution committees, M3 Change Advisory Boards etc.)
- Communication and reporting to management and stakeholders
Lead functional deployment of the M3 Sales core Model
- Deploy the M3 Sales Order module and satellite applications (EDI), ensure localization and identify local integrations to be implemented (Salesforces, Ecom, Retail…)
- Estimate the complexity of all new features, help to find solution regarding as-is core-model
- Validate Technical feasibility with partners & workload assessment
- Ensure business requirement is complete, write functional specification with your team, and design solution in line with core model & IT strategy
- Contribute to build by setting up the solution and/or following up technical activities – “hand-on”
- Taking part to unit testing & integration tests
- Coordinate business tests & provide documentation, training and assistance to key users
- Organize implementation to PROD and Go Live support
Manage and follow your domain
- Organize, coordinate and lead functional M3 team sales include integrator, and possibly provide assistance to project management
- Supervise the progress of the project, estimate and monitor costs, plan tasks, manage risks, participate in steering bodies
- Act as a facilitator between the participating parties: integrators/IT and business teams centrally/local
- Guarantee the quality of deliverables at all project phases
- Report progress to the project management leader
Support the Users community / Foster operational efficiency (hypercare) and support the run team
- Ensure monitoring, identify recurring issues and establish action plans before the go live ; and apply it
- Build the domain KPI to follow activity and be able to communicate with top management
- Provide support to users/ business resources
- Owner of the handover to the skill center team (train the trainer)
- Collaborate with IT & technical partner for bug fixing
Be the Core Model Guardian
- Keep an updated technical & functional knowledge of his scope
- Ensure solution consistency and maintainability
- Ensure updated documentation for all changes
