About the role:
One of the key advantages of joining our team is the structured career progression and the opportunity to take on greater responsibilities from day one. As an SDR, you will leverage your experience to drive outbound sales strategies and refine our approach to the DACH market. Your performance and impact will directly shape your bonus structure and career trajectory. Als Sales Development Representative (SDR) spielst du eine zentrale Rolle in unserer Outbound-Strategie und optimierst unseren Ansatz für den DACH-Markt. Deine Leistung und dein Einfluss bestimmen nicht nur deinen Bonus, sondern auch deine Karriereentwicklung.

Mit klaren Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten – ob Senior SDR, Junior Account Executive oder Senior Account Executive – gestaltest du aktiv deine berufliche Zukunft und trägst maßgeblich zum Erfolg unseres Teams bei.

🎯 What will be your impact:

• Prospect accounts and identify potential new revenue segments exclusively in the German market by researching and analyzing market opportunities.
  
• Execute outbound campaigns through email, cold calls, and social media to engage prospects, qualify leads, and generate interest in bsport’s solutions.
  
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and an Account Executive to identify and generate qualified business opportunities.
  
• Book demos with an Account Executive
  
• Develop expertise in the boutique fitness industry to better understand client needs and position bsport as the go-to solution.
  
• Report and manage all of your activities on our Hubspot and Salesloft platform to organise your own Sales Pipeline
  
• Attend industry events like FIBO alongside the German team to network, engage prospects, and promote bsport's solutions.
  

🎯 Deine Rolle:

• Potenzielle Neukunden identifizieren und neue Umsatzsegmente im deutschen Markt durch Recherche und Marktanalyse erschließen.
• Outbound-Kampagnen per E-Mail, Cold Calls und Social Media durchführen, um potenzielle Kunden anzusprechen, Leads zu qualifizieren und Interesse an bsport zu wecken.
• Eng mit dem Sales-Team und einem Account Executive zusammenarbeiten, um qualifizierte Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren und zu generieren.
• Demos mit einem Account Executive buchen.
• Expertenwissen in der Boutique-Fitness-Branche aufbauen, um Kundenbedürfnisse besser zu verstehen und bsport als bevorzugte Lösung zu positionieren.
• Alle Aktivitäten in Hubspot und Salesloft dokumentieren und verwalten, um die eigene Sales-Pipeline effizient zu organisieren.
• Branchen-Events wie die FIBO mit dem deutschen Team besuchen, um Netzwerke zu knüpfen, potenzielle Kunden anzusprechen und bsport zu präsentieren.
• Motivation, die eigenen Vertriebskompetenzen weiterzuentwickeln. Die ersten zwei Wochen beinhalten ein intensives Onboarding mit den besten Ressourcen für den Vertriebserfolg. Kontinuierliches Training und Entwicklung unterstützen das weitere Wachstum.
• Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Kundenservice, Talent Acquisition oder in einer ähnlichen kundenorientierten Rolle, idealerweise in einem schnell wachsenden oder Startup-Umfeld.

• Have native level of German (key requirement) and fluency in English.
• Enjoy taking initiative and achieving results in a fast-paced environment 💪.
• Eagerness to grow your sales skills. Your first two weeks will be dedicated to an in-depth onboarding, providing you with the best resources to excel in sales. Ongoing training and development will support your continuous growth.
• Able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, challenging environment, maintaining high-quality outreach while working independently and fostering strong teamwork and collaboration.
• Are precise, communicate effectively, and bring a creative mindset to share ideas, solve problems, and drive innovation. 🚀
• Comfortable with digital tools and sales software (CRM, LinkedIn, Email platforms, etc.).
