Loulou joined Botify in October 2022 as a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Manager. She quickly progressed to the position of Talent Acquisition Director, where she managed the TA team and spearheaded projects related to diversity and inclusion, employer branding, and more. With her expertise in talent acquisition and a passion for building inclusive and dynamic teams, Loulou played a crucial role in driving Botify's talent strategy forward. Her leadership and dedication contributed to the company's success in attracting top tech talent and cultivating a diverse and welcoming work environment.

Elie joined Botify more than a year ago after a significant experience as a BDR and studied economics and statistics. He is now responsible for prospecting and qualifying opportunities with key accounts. His objective is to find new customers throughout Southern Europe.

After 10 years managing projects and people in several domains (Telecoms, e-Mobility, Change Management), Mélanie joined Botify in 2022 and runs now a service providing support to EMEA accounts on the platform or SEO-related topics.

Antoine started his career in Venture Capital (Ring Capital, Quadrille Capital) and then built the Revenue Operations department of EasyMovie, a french scale-up for more than 3 years. He joined Botify in May 2022 to lead the RevOps department for EMEA & APAC. Revenue Operations is all about breaking down silos and aligning the end to end revenue process to the customer journey - aligning strategy, data, systems and processes.

Marlène started her Botify career as a UX Designer. After 3 years in the design team, she was up for a new challenge and moved to a Senior Product Manager role. Working closely with her squad members and the Chief Product Officer based in New-York, Marlene likes to progress in a B2B environment with a strong product culture. She is also a committed and active member of Botify’s CSE!

After 7 years in Consulting and Sales, Tom joined Botify in 2022. Tom's goal as a Strategic Customer Success Manager is to ensure that his clients make the most of the Botify platform & services. Working closely with the Search Data Stategists and the Account Executives, he has regular touchpoints with major European accounts.

Léa studied mechatronics and had initial experience in industry, in the world of testing, but she wanted to join a more dynamic work environment.

Botify has given her the means to make the switch and to grow within the technical teams. She loves finding bugs, before they go into production of course. She gets on very well with the developers and product managers (and other teams!) and feels that working with such talented and respectful people makes you want to go to work!

Yanal’s passion to apply machine learning at scale and deliver cutting-edge products brought him to work at various startups with a strong customer-centric culture in France and the US. Since he joined Botify in 2019, he’s been helping a team of talented scientists, analysts, and engineers to grow and shape the future of search marketing using data and science!

After a degree in Graphic Design in Print media, Claire joined Botify as a UI designer Trainee. She has been at Botify for 5 years now, becoming a product designer thanks to the in-house training of her UX designer colleagues

After completing a PhD in astrophysics during which he discovered code and simulation, Noël decided to put his great energy into the search engines’ domain. After a first experience in a start-up, he joined Botify as Senior Data Engineer. He is working on the pre-rendering platform named Botify Activation on which he designs the indexation technics and improves code efficiency and latency to deliver web pages as fast as possible to the search engine bots.

Christine’s daily mission is to provide relevant and precise forecasts and analyses of Botify's financial performance. In this way, she directly contributes to the strategic orientation of Botify, bringing concrete financial elements to the company’s growth plan. Christine has an international background. Thus, she’s delighted to evolve in an intercultural environment like Botify, which brings several career opportunities.

After more than 10 years with Neolane and then Adobe, Benoit Gourdon decided to share his great knowledge of the EMEA market with Botify. His expertise in the tech business world strongly contributes to the daily success of the teams and allows them to meet international customers’ needs every day.
