We believe strong distribution does not only come from paid acquisition. It also comes from trusted voices, relevant communities, and smart partnerships that can help more people discover Bitstack and understand the value of saving in Bitcoin.
We are looking for an Influence & Partnerships Manager to build and scale this channel end-to-end.
You will be responsible for identifying, launching, and growing impactful collaborations with influencers, ambassadors, media, communities, and selected partners.
Your mission will be to make Bitstack more visible and more trusted, while driving measurable business impact.
As Influence & Partnerships Manager at Bitstack, you will:
Own Bitstack’s influencer and partnerships strategy across key channels, platforms, and formats ;
Identify, recruit, negotiate, and manage relevant influencers, ambassadors, affiliates, and partners ;
Build long-term relationships with high-potential profiles and partners, not just one-off deals ;
Develop creative partnership concepts and sponsorship opportunities that feel native, credible, and aligned with Bitstack’s brand ;
Manage collaborations end-to-end, from sourcing and outreach to briefing, launch, and reporting ;
Track performance across awareness, engagement, acquisition, and conversion metrics ;
Continuously improve partner selection, campaign quality, deal structure, and ROI ;
Help shape Bitstack’s early influence and partnerships playbook in priority EU markets, especially Spain and Italy, by identifying local opportunities, testing collaborations, and surfacing market insights.
We care more about impact than titles. The ideal candidate:
3+ years in influencer marketing, partnerships, or similar roles, with experience building programs ;
Strong ability to identify the right profiles, structure partnerships, and drive results ;
Strategic and hands-on, with strong judgment for authentic, effective collaborations ;
Comfortable managing relationships, negotiating, and executing projects end-to-end ;
Data-driven and highly organized, able to manage multiple collaborations simultaneously ;
Fluent in French and English.
Experience in fintech, crypto, consumer finance, or high-growth consumer apps ;
Existing network of relevant influencers, ambassadors, affiliates, media contacts, or partners ;
Familiarity with affiliate or ambassador program mechanics ;
Experience working with compliance-sensitive industries or regulated products.
