Reporting to: Chief Sales Officer
We are looking for an AI Workflow & Sales Operations Intern to help improve and automate our sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and data processes.
This role is focused on building practical tools and workflows to reduce manual work and improve visibility on sales performance.
What you will do
Sales Reporting & Pipeline Tracking
Build and improve automated reports (pipeline, forecast, KPIs)
Track pipeline activity and identify gaps or risks (stalled deals, inactivity, slippage)
Support Key Account tracking across regions
Contribute to forecasting models and pipeline visibility
Automation & Workflow Development
Design and implement simple automation workflows using tools such as Python, APIs, Zapier, Make or similar
Automate repetitive sales reporting and data collection tasks
Improve data flows between CRM and reporting tools
Data Management & Analysis
Clean, structure and standardize sales and client data
Ensure data quality and consistency across systems
Prepare datasets for analysis and reporting
Sales Support & Insights
Support sales teams with structured data and reporting
Help prepare summaries and inputs for executive-level reporting
Assist in identifying opportunities and risks in the pipeline
Client & Project Support
Support data collection during client interactions when needed
Help structure information collected during early project phases
Assist in identifying technical or operational risks in opportunities
What we are looking for
Student in Computer Science, Engineering, Data or related field
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
Basic experience with automation tools and/or Python
Interest in AI, workflows and data-driven processes
Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
Ability to work with large and complex datasets
Good communication skills in English (French is a plus)
