In a context of a strong international regulation (i.e., FCPA, UKBA), the French regulatory framework has dramatically evolved (Sapin II Law, French Anti-Bribery Agency’s guidelines and controls). It impacts AXA in all operations worldwide. Penalties for non-compliance with this new French regulatory environment has increased financial impacts, with significant damages to AXA’s reputation and brand.
To manage this, AXA Group Anti-Bribery Department has to prevent the risk of bribery and corruption across the Group and the risk of non-compliance with anti-bribery and corruption laws and regulations. To do so, ABC Analysts have to assist the Group Anti-Bribery Officer to:
