Job Purpose

Management of master data, collection of financial information, supervision of qualitative and quantitative indicators on data from the Global DWH.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage and supervise master data of AXA IM - Real Assets' entities (properties, companies and funds) by ensuring the consistency, exhaustiveness, freshness and relevance of the data
• Set up data quality indicators and cross-functional monitoring tables
• Create and deliver ad hoc and/or regular reports
• Liaise with local operational data stewards or data owners
• Support data warehouse users
• Be involved in global projects where data management will be a key element of success
• Collaborate across multiple teams on transversal projects involving Data Referentials
• Contribute in best practices, templates, and recipes for successful business processes
• Compliance: Reinforce sound and effective risk management in line with the Risk and Compliance objectives

Role Requirements

Education

• A business degree / engineering degree or equivalent experience and motivation to develop data management skills

Experience

• A first successful experience in a real estate asset management company, or in Data Management.

Knowledge and skills

• Comfortable with advanced database use and IT tools in general
• Advanced use of Microsoft Access (including SQL and VBA) and Microsoft Excel skills
• Fluent in French and English
