To achieve this, we are strengthening our consulting team with senior consultants able to lead projects end-to-end, build trusted client relationships and grow both business and people.
Role
Senior Consultant
You are fully accountable for end-to-end project delivery, client relationships, and commercial development on your scope.
You operate at the intersection of scientific expertise, data, strategy and business execution, and act as a key bridge between technical inputs and executive decision-making.
Key mission
Lead consulting projects from scoping to delivery, ensuring quality, timelines and margins.
Actively develop client relationships, identify upsell opportunities and contribute to account growth.
Translate complex scientific, agronomic and data-driven inputs into clear, actionable recommendations for senior decision-makers.
Grow and structure teams by mentoring and developing consultants.
Customer responsibilities
Act as the day-to-day project lead and primary client contact on assigned engagements.
Be seen by clients as the go-to person for defined workstreams or accounts.
Understand each client’s specific context, constraints and decision logic, and translate them into clear work directions for the team.
Build trusted relationships with client counterparts across functions and seniority levels.
Proactively identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Project & delivery responsibilities
Acquire, extrapolate and synthesize relevant information independently, including in data-scarce or uncertain environments.
Drive the collection of information from clients and external sources.
Quickly identify patterns and key drivers to prioritize analyses and guide problem-solving.
Create, adapt and deploy robust project structures, methodologies and workplans.
Develop actionable, decision-oriented recommendations for clients, including executive summaries and strategic options.
Design and deliver high-impact storylines, presentations and reports, based on clear logic, relevant data and concrete examples.
Run client meetings and workshops effectively; tailor messaging to the audience and context.
Supervise, review and elevate the work of junior consultants; provide clear guidance on analyses and deliverables.
Project management & ownership
Plan and manage projects end-to-end, with minimal supervision.
Set clear expectations for team members and manage workloads effectively.
Provide regular, constructive and timely feedback to consultants.
Identify delivery risks early and address them proactively or escalate appropriately.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope and within budget.
Manage invoicing, contractual aspects and commercial follow-up.
Commercial & business development
Master the bid / proposal-to-sale process with corporates.
Scope projects realistically, define clear deliverables, timelines and budgets.
Price projects appropriately to protect margins and delivery quality.
Avoid under-scoped or structurally risky projects.
Proactively drive cross-domain collaboration to foster innovation and improve consulting offers, delivery processes and products.
Seek, collect and synthesize inputs from multiple domains to connect the dots and create differentiated client value.

8–10 years of experience in strategic consulting, advisory or equivalent roles with strong client exposure.
Proven track record of leading projects end-to-end and managing client relationships.
Strong ability to bridge scientific or technical expertise and business strategy.
Comfortable challenging data, models and expert assumptions to ensure decision relevance.
Strong commercial instinct and experience contributing to account growth.
Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and retain talent.
Excellent communication skills, including executive-level storytelling.
