About the team you’ll join

Within Aqemia’s drug discovery infrastructure team, you will be working on the technological and scientific growth of the chemistry platform.

This platform objective is to provide cutting-edge algorithms to support the drug discovery operations at Aqemia.

As a Chemoinformatician, you will leverage your skills to have an impact on projects highly depending on biochemical data.

You will mainly work in collaboration with machine learning engineered to help them build their models on qualitative data.

Your role as a Chemoinformatician at Aqemia

  • Lead and participate in innovative cheminformatics projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge algorithms.
  • Analyze biochemical data to extract actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on the latest cheminformatics advancements and integrate them into our platform.
  • The competencies we are looking for

  • Ph.D. or equivalent in Chemistry, Cheminformatics, Computational Chemistry, or related field.
  • Proven cheminformatics industry experience.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Familiarity with cheminformatics tools, databases, and data analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Preferred mindset
