Today, video accounts for over 80% of all internet traffic! 🤯

We are increasingly living in a video-first world where our online experiences are dominated by real-time, streaming, and on-demand video.

At our mission is to connect people through their cameras and videos. We are a global API-first platform managing and delivering online video at scale and our goal is to become the standard for how modern teams bring video experiences into their products and services.

Just like Stripe for payments, Twilio for text/VOIP, and Sendgrid for email; we’re making video accessible to every client and developer via our API, the world over.

We’re growing fast and are looking for a Content Manager with technical knowledge to join our Growth team. If you’re passionate about the future of technology, have experience in developer tools, and want to blend strategic and tactical delivery, this role is for you.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for leading’s content strategy.

With a deep understanding and evidence of SEO-led strategic execution, you will be comfortable analyzing datasets, a proficient user of SEMrush and other key analytics tools, and possess excellent cross-functional team working skills.

🌱 What you will be doing?

• Create and own our content calendar; planning, testing, and developing new and existing assets.
• Work on research and insight-generation, including interviews, data analysis, and industry benchmarking.
• Implement an efficient workflow for the creation of quality technical content.
• Develop and edit a variety of content assets: blog articles, technical demo, landing pages, website pages, video scripts, and other materials on forward-thinking topics helping product builders to integrate video into their app or software.
• Build and integrate a strong SEO strategy within the editorial strategy.
• Identify and collaborate with internal and external resources to develop, edit and distribute content.
• Define, build, and maintain a high-quality content pipeline to drive website traffic and generate leads.
• Monitor and optimize content quality through data analysis, customer input, and proactive research.

Preferred experience

💧 Essential Skills:

• You have a minimum of 4 years of working in content management for a technology company (strong preference for SaaS, B2B, and start-up experience)
• You have experience in writing technical content (tutorials, demo, etc)
• You have experience working with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to help document products and features.
• You have a good technical background (understand the fundamentals of an API).
• You’re a native English speaker - good spelling and grammar and outstanding proofreading skills.
• Proficient / advanced user of SEMRush, Google Search Console, and other industry-standard tools
• You have experience executing SEO strategies as part of content development and you understand SEO best practices.
• You’re an excellent communicator and team player.
• You are a creative person, able to find innovative content ideas continuously.
• You’re curious and not afraid of testing new things.
• You’re mastering the art of storytelling using the language and examples our audience would use.
