Supply Chain Specialist / Demand Planning

Our Supply Chain organization is moving from a country-centered logic into a group and cluster dynamic. In this context, we are redefining the organization and priorities in our French team, and we are creating a position to support the existing team.

You will interact with our core departments in French Headquarter (Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Retail Excellence, Finance, IT), with our network of shops across France, and with our European or global functions in Italy.

Aside from the projects and the continuous search for efficiency and process improvement, your main tasks will focus on demand planning and inventory management:

• Oversee stock level at shop level and implement action plans to reach the global target
• Identify opportunities to re-allocate stock in the distribution network
• Implement the appropriate stock policy to ensure rotation, optimize working capital and maximize service levels, ensuring a strong focus on continuous improvement
• Analyze and forecast future product demand, enforcing the supply strategy 
• Monitor on a weekly basis the trend of consumptions of our shops
• Manage the return process, identify best option for a sustainable process that minimizes waste while keeping operations in store smooth and simple
• Work as one essential contact in our S&OP committee
• Build the phase-in/phase-out analyses of our catalogue, with Customer Offering department

What do you bring?

• Master’s Degree, ideally with specialization in Supply Chain
• At least 2 years of experience in a supply chain/planning role. French and English skills are required at professional level.
• You are recognized for your capacity to identify root-cause, solve problems, prioritize actions, and federate people in times of change.
• You master Data Management tools: Excel, PowerBI, ERP system, and you are curious about innovations and automation tools. 
• An experience in Retail would be a plus.
