Partnerships’ team has the mission to maximize the value with these partners from a tech and business perspective.

About the mission

We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to boost existing and new partnerships - especially in the Payment field (PSP and Orchestrators).

Under the management of the Head of Partnerships, you will be in charge of:

  • Driving negotiations and delivering projects with key partners, making sure that contract conditions and integrations meet Alma’s requirements and standards.
  • Partnerships’ success
    • Owning the Go-To-Market Strategy and Business Execution Plan
    • Ensuring partners’ awareness and enablement throughout the partnership life time
    • Cultivating trusted long-term relationships with your partners - making sure they love working with Alma, building and animating a dynamic partners community.
    • Monitoring and reaching targeted performance, identifying key success factors and sharing best practices
  • Processes such as lead sharing, reporting, commissions calculation and payment, monitored into Salesforce.
  • External AND Internal Communication, making sure Alma’s organization and Ecosystem know about Strategic partnerships’ success and impact

Strategic Partnerships are impactful vehicles for growth and scalable sources of revenue (referrals, co-sell, re-sell). You will have a very high exposure, working closely with the major international Payment players on the market. This is the opportunity to build a great network and even greater impact.

About you

You are a good fit for this role if :

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in a Complex Selling or Strategic Partnership position
  • You are rigorous and well-organized; comfortable working on complex and technical ecosystems
  • You have previous experience in the Payment industry or a Fintech
  • You have strong ability to negotiate and close deals
  • You are sales & Partner-oriented, autonomous, curious and proactive
  • You are a good communicator, with a can-do attitude
