Tomorro is transforming the legal profession and redefining contract management in Europe.

Our AI-powered SaaS platform simplifies, automates, and secures the entire contract lifecycle, enabling legal teams to become true strategic business partners… and to stop comparing two PDFs line by line at 6:42pm on a Friday.

Backed by a €25M Series B, a team of 100 ambitious team members, and strong growth momentum, Tomorro is rolling out its European strategy with Germany as its first key market.

Our ambition is clear: to become the European leader by 2030.

As part of our growth, we are launching a new product: Oro Standalone, an AI legal assistant that enables legal teams to gain up to 50% productivity in drafting, analyzing, and reviewing contracts. We are now experimenting with different European markets and are looking for an entrepreneurial and ambitious Founding Account Executive to build the go-to-market strategy and close the first deals in Italy with this new product.

Your missions:

1. Launch and Sell Oro Standalone in Italy

  • Generate your own sales pipeline 100% through outbound prospecting.

  • Own the full sales cycle from A to Z (prospecting, qualification, demos, and closing) in a transactional sales context.

  • Close a high volume of deals with short sales cycles.

2. Co-Build the Italian Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Define and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for this new market.

  • Identify and prioritize key segments.

  • Build, test, and iterate on the sales playbook.

3. Contribute to Commercial Strategy Improvement

  • Work closely with leadership to refine the Italian positioning.

  • Share field insights to improve the product roadmap, features, and pricing.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with uncertainty.

  • Highly resilient, especially during outbound prospecting.

  • Fast learner and quick to adapt.

  • Results-oriented and ambitious.

  • Fluent in Italian

  • Strong startup culture fit: autonomy, ownership, and execution speed.

Bonus:

  • Experience in LegalTech / AI-native tools.

  • Existing network within the Italian legal market.
